Do you put the invoice in the package?
 We never include an invoice in our packages. You can download it from your customer area or contact our customer service by email.
If the person is not at home or there is a mailbox problem?
CHRONOPOST: The delivery person will call your recipient for delivery instructions. If your recipient is not present at the delivery address, the package will be left at the nearest relay point. It will then be available for collection the next day and the recipient will be informed by SMS or by a delivery notice left in their mailbox. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, generally between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
 COLISSIMO: Two cases are possible depending on the delivery person: either they drop off the package at the nearest post office or they come back the next day to deliver the package to your recipient. If the recipient is not at the delivery address a second time, then the package will be dropped off at the nearest post office. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, generally between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
What are the deadlines?
Your Flow is created and sent within 72 hours of receiving your questionnaire responses.
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery (depending on the delivery option chosen).
How do I know when the person has received their Flow?
When the Flow is shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment by email or text message. You can track its progress directly on the French Post website.
